The Ruby LA micro Sketch fest started during the pandemic as a way to get our community to create. In the past three years, we’ve had hundreds of folks submit to take part and screened over 100 micro sketches. And at our July 2022 micro Sketch fest, we finally got to screen the sketches together in person, at The Yard Theater.
What is the micro Sketch Fest?
We give our community two weeks to write, shoot, and edit a one minute or less comedy sketch based on a secret theme. We then determine if the content applies to the theme and upholds our safe space requirements. And then we put it all together in a screening with tons of talkback opportunities with the creators.
How do I get to participate?
