Improv from two amazing teams.

Up first is Chased By Bear. Chased By Bear is an emotional based improv team out of The Nerdist School Stage. With our namesake alluding to Shakespeare’s most famous stage direction, Chased By Bear captures the heart-breaking drama and human-absurdity we experience every day, all within an improvised play created right before your very theatre-nerd eyes.

Performing second is Melodramatic! Watch as our skilled improvisers deftly maneuver a Lifetime Movie. Will the woman confront her killer? Will there be a commercial for dove chocolates? Probably! But you’ll have to come to the show to find out!

This show is $5 for the general public and free to Ruby LA students and team members with valid Ruby LA ID.

The Ruby LA has a no-refund policy on all shows.

If you are unable to attend the show, you may email us at ticketing(at)therubyla.com to switch your tickets to someone else.

The Ruby LA also reserves the right to postpone or cancel a show if an emergency or unforeseen conflict arises. In the event of a complete cancellation, the audience will be reimbursed. Any fees incurred by individuals for travel, lodging, etc. will not be reimbursed by the The Ruby LA.
